Requirements of Insurance Agent
4 year degree, preferred, but not required.
Ability to pass background and credit check
Sales experience, a plus, but not required.
High energy level
Honesty and Integrity is a must.
Team oriented but indepenedent thinking as well.

Hard working, but willing to learn
Organization skills a plus
Licensing is preferred but not necessary until position starts.
